Purple Caesar
Ingredients
1 heaping tablespoon of Mayonnaise, Sour Cream or Yogurt
2 to 3 tablespoons Chef Jono Blueberry Black Pepper2 leaves Romaine Lettuce
2 or more Rough small chopped vegetables (see below)
1 apple, half pint of blueberries, one small zucchini, 8 mushrooms, half a cucumber or a tomato.
Nuts or Cooked grains (Optional to Taste)
Directions
Start with one heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt in a medium size bowlWhisk in a tablespoon or two of Chef Jono Blueberry Vinegar (enough to turn purple)
Toss in rough chopped vegetables, enough for two people, using any two or more of: 2 leaves of romaine lettuce,
1 apple, half pint of blueberries, one small zucchini, 8 mushrooms, half a cucumber or a tomato.
Serve in a bowl or on some lettuce leaves arranged in a cup shape, and then sprinkle some more of the Chef Jono Blueberry Black Pepper dressing on top.
Add some nuts for protein and you’ll have a main course!
